Ah, been waiting for these. Shame on those who deface monuments such as this... HOPEFULLY we won't get any more 'new members' registering to insist 'It's only a bit of fun' (can do without fools such as that).. but from the volume of stone, for what it's worth I'm happy GAT is right. Great you managed to get a weather window!
Thank you, appreciate that. After the travails of two failed November attempts this was almost surreal in its pleasantness! Not even a gale force wind, amazing.
Yeah, far too big to be anything other than the real thing. Interesting that it's hidden by the outcrop as you approach from the summit ridge, and looks down on the gentler slopes rather than over the cliff edge (it is intervisible with Gau Graig enclosure though).
