How did you confirm this as a barrow?
What's the incident that prevented it being built on?
I think the providence of this being a barrow is somewhat questionable really. It needs more information adding to this entry.
Searching archaeological records for Birmingham I can find no mention of this, 'barrow'. So, while I'm not saying it's hoax, we need more references.
