The Wren’s Egg & Nest

I really enjoyed visiting this rather curious site. Looking at your set of pics looks like we did a very similar tour of the area, cant wait to go back

The Nest interested me greatly...that's a hell of a lot of plough spoil - or is it an unrecognised cairn? And I still think that the two stones I took a pic of in the wall beyond predate the latrer and it's been built round them.
