Bewildering, intriguing and beautiful.
It's (probably) the only place I've ever been called a witch. It's quite a squeeze to get inside, but managed about an hour or so on my own back in 2005... only to be approached later by a rather loud woman who related how her daughter had come running to her with the frighteners saying the 'black witch is inside!' Charming. Wouldn't have minded 'Black Wizard'.
Bewildering, intriguing and beautiful indeed, and, even though it's by the roadside and hemmed in tightly, utterly enchanting (but maybe that's just the hag).
