More fab stones. Something very Norse about a big tree sprouting between the stones.

I seem to be getting a theme of Sprouting trees and split stones lately !
Meic, I posted a comment on one of gladman's pics, where there was an old barbed-wire fence on top of an ancient bank. This photo of the tree between the old stones gives me the same sense of melancholy. Lovely, in a strange way. It gives a sense of times so far away - the tree sprouting seems far away enough, never mind the erection of the stones.
