I can see the confusion. Bohona townland is on the other side of the road from it, but Bohonagh townland and the other circle, is a couple of miles south, nearer Rosscarbery. There's a lot of stuff worth checking out a small bit west of where you were, around Carrigfadda.


Ok not so bad, it was my first time down this way and I got to about 5-6 sites. My fecking car broke down on the way home and I had to get towed to Cork! Really sucked.
Loved it down in west cork, its great finding these amazing circles instead of walking about 2 miles to find a standing stone that is no longer there in Tipp!
