That is an interesting and innovative interpretation George. No point in arguing about it because the actual meaning is defined elsewhere by far more authoritative sources than you or me.

Thanks for working through your thoughts George: It's sometimes very difficult, especially for people who work on this sort of stuff all the time, to work out how this sort of idea comes about.


On the contrary. It's not in the least innovative. People who work in the field are well aware that it's true.
