I doubt he will as it's so obvious.

The only people I've come across saying culture can (and indeed should) be measured using economic criteria, apart from you, are spokesmen for developers like Wimpeys and Tarmac and occasionally English Heritage "the Stonehenge dual carriageway is justified because it will improve the visitor experience". Oh, and Salop CC who said building on the hillfort setting would be good as the developers would give money for a better visitor centre.

You are yet to offer an illustration of how heritage can be validly assessed using microeconomic analysis. Please now spill the beans.
