Yes I did TSC, although I don't know if they did anything about it?
As with most readers of this esteemed forum I have travelled a fair bit around this wonderful country of ours and I am afraid to say (as I have said previously) South Wales is by far the worst offender of fly-tipping etc. It is a 'Valleys mentality' a 'can't care less attitude', the same reason they light grass fires every summer. Obviously not everyone is like this but unfortunately there is a sizable minority that does think / act that way :(
