Yes, well done Sanctuary.

You guys get around a lot more than some of us and must see this kind of thing quite often. We did notice it at Carreg Samson a couple of years ago though. There it was cattle, not horses, that were really churning up the surrounding ground (as well as using the stones as scratching posts).

Just wonder if a (livestock) exclusion zone of say three or four meters shouldn’t be mandatory for listed monuments on farmland.



But don't hold your breath, this damage is still ongoing.
