This one`s from ICOMOS, the United Nations
sites and monuments commission which
maintains the register of world heritage sites.
Don`t think I`ve heard of them before.
One of there stated aims is `to encourage high
quality, sustainable custodianship of the existing
UK Sites.`
I wonder what they think of the situation at Avebury/Silbury Hill?
