Just some well-intentioned advice: if you feel Nige is being rude, then the best thing is to ignore it and not respond in kind. I'd give him exactly the same advice if the boot was on the other foot. Whatever the rights and wrongs, if you respond to a perceived insult with another insult, then the whole thing escalates and turns into an unpleasant shit-storm. The voice of reason is correct.
