Leskernick, Bodmin Moor

I've been doing some research of the Leskernick area to the north west of Bodmin Moor and came across this beautifully written article by Barbara Bender, Sue Hamilton and Chris Tilley who were joint Directors of the Leskernick Project that took place from 1995 - 1999/2000. Well worth a read and looking further at the website for the project.

I made a futile attempt at visiting the two stone circles and the stone row to the south-west of Leskernick Hill last summer but got beaten by the elements on the day but will be re-visiting shortly. When you read an article such as the one above it inspires you and often makes you look at things in a different light.
