I must admit I do love an illuminated cathedral... And who says Stonehenge wasn't illuminated originally anyway? Ok there's absolutely no archaeological evidence whatsoever, but who ever let that get in the way of a good theory? :D
And yes - why not Avebury, too? There's obviously money to throw around, so why not a colour-changing uplight at the base of every stone? It'd look lovely! It could do with a tourism boost! ;)
Or maybe just a strong of fairy lights around it for christmas? You're welcome. :D
