then why should they get paid loads of money. That doesn't seem quite right, rewarding them for ripping the coins out of the ground in a way they obviously knew was destroying evidence. If they were going to take it to PAS all legitimate-like and not hide it in their shed to gloat over, why didn't they do it Properly? All they are is treasure hunters getting high on pulling the stuff out of the ground. And the current rules do nothing to reinforce that such an attitude is not approved of. It's a bit bemusing really.
