| Hi - very many thanks Sanctuary and June for your recent thoughts - In the light of these I must clarify something - the judgement on my Employment Tribunal case was made on the 11th November 2010 and that judgement was that: 'The unanimous decision of the Employment Tribunal is that the Claimant's [ie me] claim for unfair dismissal fails and the claim will be dismissed'.
