Makes yer proud to be British, eh?
I was thinking we could get them on their Byelaw 17....
"17. No unauthorised person shall on Trust Property sell or offer or expose for sale any commodity...."
... but of course, they've authorised themselves to be authorised persons, and therefore exempt from committing that particular inappropriate act.
However, look at Byelaw 24 -
"24. No person shall on Trust Property wilfully obstruct, disturb, interrupt or annoy any other person in the proper use and enjoyment of such property..."
Bit of careless drafting which might be useful - because unlike in No. 17 they don't make themselves exempt from their own byelaw.
It says no person....and that must include any burger flipper employed by them I reckon.
Shock horror, NT are not exempt from their own rule against annoying any other people and they've clearly signalled in Item 17 that they would need to specify they were exempt in order to be exempt.
