I have a couple of his books of Scottish drawings. He did a "Western Highlands" one and an "Islands" one. Not sure if he did any others of Scotland though. They are beautiful things and live on my bedside bookshelf.

I've just watched the West Highlands episode on the DVD; Wainwright and Robson meet a young looking Ken Crockett (mountaineer and author of a book about Ben Nevis) who talks to them about the book you mention above. Wainwright's sketches of The Ben, Glen Nevis and Glen Coe are lovely, they also featured in the opening and closing credits.
