Well, both the Tory party and the National Trust are stuffed full of the landowners that stand to gain billions of pounds from this. "Case by case basis" means "fill your boots chaps"

Moss is right about the Conservatives. Each half generation forgets what they are actually about, maximising the advantage of those in charge of them (and kidding the rest of their supporters they represent THEM as well.) A new generation is about to learn the hard way.
