Do you mean for the solstice? It's not booked out. They don't do bookings anymore. They operate a lottery system. Each year you have to put your name down for the draw.
Apart from that it is getting worse. It is the most unholy tourist trap on the planet (along with Stonehenge!)
Don't get me wrong, it is a fine piece of modern engineering but it is a shame that people actually think it is accurate.
Obviously I would never turn down an offer to stand inside at the winter solstice (at least you can't see that hideous frontage from inside), but I often wonder why anyone serious about the stones gives it the time of day when there's so much more out there that is free! and genuine.
