If a quango has allowed people to break its own rules and the criminal law there's no need for a petition since all that's required is to ensure that they know people know. That's done now and next year it'll be fine. Job done (and my conscience, so far as the diddums who stood on the stones to get a better view while knowing they shouldn't is mighty clear.
