| Hmm... Interesting stuff, LS! I doubt we'll ever get a sensible answer, to be honest, but might be worth asking, just to see what they *do* say! Probably just hoping for a sanitised history of the repair job. Hopefully HA will get a mention for helpfully suggesting the method - which was at first rejected out of hand, as I recall - that was used to fill the hole. (My memory's a bit rusty, but that's right, isn't it?)
