Hi bobpc,
Swarth Fell circle is very hard to find. It's situated in an area of few tracks, the recumbant stones lying in tussocky fell-grass, which masks them until you almost stumble upon them. It's a curiously positioned site though, but the map grid reference given should get you there.
A map and compass and the ability to use them will be essential, as will be all the correct clothing, plus a torch, that is if you don't want to be yet another casualty requiring the Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team. It's amazing how many people get caught out on the hill in the pitch black.
The weather forecast is for cold and wintry weather, with 4 to 10 inches of snow forecast for the fells tonight. See the link below for the latest forecast. A new forecast is usually available before 6pm each day.

Good luck, and have a safe time,
TE.
