Ballywilliam Megalithic tomb...

Does anybody know the megalithic tomb located in Ballywilliam in co. Offaly (OS 127 986)? I tried to get there today but it is on private land and nobody was in. It's not listed on this site (I will add the site when I finally get there) and not on any others. The 'Archaeological Inventory of County Offaly' lists it as an 'unclassified megalithic tomb' and describes it as having three orthostats that form the side of a chamber. There are other stones at the site but these may not be in situ. Anybody have any theories as to what type of tomb it could be? Has anybody else been there?
