No, they're telling you wrong. That policy - of only accepting reviews from their customers - is consistent with Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk. The closest I could get - without buying through them - is to comment on Barry's review. on A.co.uk. Amapedia will only accept bona fide customers too. These are my experimental results!
