Yes, the NT are at least trying to see both sides of the argument and playing fair as to camping at Avebury... but I suppose there will be the usual outcry... the festival of Solstice at both Stonehenge and Avebury should be welcomed in a drear world of what is seen to be politically correct, or even religiously correct ;)
