Given that the quality of that gazetteer is equal to that of the main book and it is illustrated with so many excellent colour photos, we can't help wondering if it was originally intended to be included in "Crowns".
It likely took as much time to produce the gazetteer as Crowns itself, and they have produced it as a ready for press document. An awful lot of trouble to go to for a mere "online addon".
Perhaps the print costs for a 600 page book were prohibitive.
Very tempted to run off a B&W copy for our library and get it bound....
