Well, yet another missive from Amazon putting delivery back to the 26th.
Enough is enough, we thought, and checked Waterstone's stock list, very interesting.
Out of 26 stores with the book in stock, 24 are in Scotland. Unless you are lucky enough to live in Oxford or Canterbury, folk south of the border have no chance.
So, either Waterstones see this as a book of interest mainly to scots and folk at nice unis, or England and Wales are so chock full of rabid stoneheads that they've bought up nearly every copy - yeah, right.
The Cambridge copy, you all ask? probably a scottish student ;O)
Ah well, it'll all be over by Christmas.
