The door stones to the church probably came from the stone 'arrangement' in the field behind, which I believe was an avenue rather than a circle.


Ya I had a read of Anthony Weirs website notes on it. He actually has a picture of the turning stones on his site!
He doesnt mention the spiral which I found kind of odd. I suppose there is a lot going on down there.
