Exactly! The recording of anything put into a capsule would be so detailed it would make the thing pointless. The internet is our own public time capsule, the daily lives of millions recorded for their own posterity, pictures and text stored perfectly with no chance of degradation and with access for all at any time. No need to dig anything up, no need for damage.
