Amazon cancelled my pre-order too.
Rather than mess around I phoned the publisher - spoke to a very helpful lass on the editorial team who are actually producing the book.
Yes, it's been delayed and no, there are not just two print runs a year.
It's going to Production today or early next week and publication is now expected *LATE AUGUST*.
