If you mean HA was the world's only non-detecting website running a campaign promoting the interests of responsible detectorists for several years, yes. Or if you mean I've been doing the same thing in the press and on radio, then yes again. Say thank you.

Quel surprise. HA announced on its website it now favours licensing of metal detecting eleven days ago. http://www.heritageaction.org/[...]=heritagealerts_metaldetecting
