yeh this is something I've wondered about too when coming across destroyed sites. I'm of the opinion they're worthy of inclusion providing they have a Miscellaneous post (thanks Kammer!) with them explaining that there's no longer anything visible. I think knowing what was there before can help to put what is still visible nearby into context
