The Callanish article is also in Hawkins' book: Stonehenge decoded, 1965, page 182 to 190. Here he shows that it is a monument that has several lunar alignments (he used the same computer methodology as for Stonehenge).
I am trying to 'revive' this method by the way;-) A little bit more extensive then he did, but in principle the same, so I want to be able to easily do these analysis at other locations and sites (and also to see what statistically is the best place with the most alignments within a certain monument). Should give interesting results, I hope.
