| Hi Chris, Thanks for all your information and the pic you posted :o) I sort of new about King's Hill as I used to get my hair cut down Bardney way when I was a lad. And we used to walk around the abbey sometimes afterwards... Never really put two + two together until now! I've a feeling that the causeway you mentioned is now the modern road down to the famrs/Abbey as I seem to recall it dating back to then at least. Thanks again!
