| Yep. Its the hypocrisy that irks most. Leading the consortium is Real Estate Opportunities Limited and according to Pilgrim's link its objectives are "to meet its banking obligations and satisfy its obligations to its loan stockholders; to satisfy the final capital entitlement of the zero dividend preference shareholders; and to provide ordinary shareholders with capital growth and income by means of a progressive dividend policy." No mention of not slitting their granny's throat if necessary to fulfill the objectives... We need a word to describe corporate claims to be concerned about heritage. Gravelspeak maybe.
