| Hi guys, Do we know if this is a case of a dodgy council decision?..or lazy council workmen erecting the fence in the wrong place, ie not following the plans?..or is a mixture of both?.. in my line of business i have to deal with the local council and you would be amazed at both the council and also the lazy workers!!! scarey!
