Of everything you say it is this that 'gets me'. Speaking personally, it is not that I won't consider <i>how the sites were constructed absolutely in complete alignment</i> it's that I have seen no proof that they were. Granted, with a very thick marker pen on a large scale map you can demonstrate this with a small selection of sites. You can also demonstrate it with some selected groups of sites that are in the same vicinity, but this is because they are parts of the same complex and are related.
