I'm sorry mateys I don't own a copy, it was out of print by the time I pulled my finger out and got round to trying to buy a one.
As for transfering it to pdf........there are certain issues such as copyright to be taken into consideration.
We could also get the TMA eds into trouble for just discussing such outrageous and blatant piracy on the forum...shame on you!
As for the authenticity of the carvings, I think we have previously discussed thistopic in the forum. If I remember rightly there is some evidence pointing to a number of motifs being carved in the late 1800's.
I think Kosmic Ken or Paulus have some information on this subject.
