Not really knowing much about arrow sharpening, but would'nt it have been more logical to use a whetstone, and for battleaxes as well - so that you could hone either side of the blade - a bit of hands on practical archaeology is required. Rhiannon, why was Stonehenge - photographs kept hidden at Weston library - its only been out 3 times, and I have had it twice!!
