It's a publication by David Field for EH, a couple of years ago. I have a copy somewhere. It's mentioned on their site. He went to a lot of trouble researching other mounds in Russia and elsewhere and concluded Silbury was bigger (taller?).

EH themselves have "Europe's greatest" stuck in their word processors and that gets repeated on every site, but HA uses World's Greatest as it's more impactful. I have a feeling you're about to disprove it but please don't do so too hard as it would be a pity to lose the phrase... ;)

VBB if your man for this (and awful puns) but I have some EH figures on it's measurements -
Ground Area 15,318sq metres, Volume 239,133 cu metres (Field 2002, 53)

While I've been writing this, I've come up with my defence. When I said greatest I meant Best! Silbury is really great...
