I have not heard anything at all about this Incident.
Enquiries around the village this afternoon made no headway as No one had heard about this.
I see Mr Arthur is trying to use the court of human rights to gain access to the car park.
This is doomed to fail as it is NT property and he would have to prove that Druids have used the site throught history. He tried the same ruse before and it was laughed out of court.

All are welcome to come to Avebury but no one has rights to camp in the car park or leave a vehicle there.
A lot of people wouldn't bother at all if they couldn't park & pray (and drink).
In fact more Drinking than Praying seems to go on! IMHO
Eric at the Henge shop told me that no one tried to break in so thats a rumour squashed.
Dick says he is still considering wether to open next year and as to £3 a pint in the RL well its nearly that in some Marlborough pubs Now so not such a suprise.
