Ok, so there is a one off in the christian calendar. I'm talking about every Sabbatt, all 8, having a convenient Saturday in Avebury and everyone staying until the Sabbatt and then leaving. If the Sabbatt is on a Wednesday for example it would mean Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues and Weds having people camped out in the carpark. Is it no wonder that this is not working? If Paganism was accepted we would be able to get our holy days off and worship responsibly at our nearest site of Pagan interest and maybe once a year dive on Avebury. Generally people drive past other sites to get to avebury. To worship on the whole? No.
Most come to party.
