That is true, but there are other parts of our planet we do not see. Should you go down the nuclear option, the mining of uranium is terribly destructive; its blasted out of the earth leaving gigantic open pits, they use sulphuric, nitric, ammonia to break it down from the rock, and guess where all the residue goes, straight back into the environment. Calculating energy used to extract and refine uranium and then build those montrous places, you will end up using more energy that you get back....short term solution. Everyone just has to use less energy starting now, windmills are a must. like Littlestone said, we should all start thinking about micro energy on an individual scale.. Found all that in the Ecologist by the way ;) Moss
