game set n match pete !!!!!!!!! if theres a polution risk via the watercourse then u have a (excuse the pun) watertight case..we have the enviroment agency n defra up here at least twice a year making sure theres no slurry contamination, etc etc etc etc from our land...theyre very hot on it now.
the first port of call would be the enviroment agency i would suggest..that would at least start the 'fire' of intrest from relevent agencies...
im sorry if im bleating to much,ive not had a good day as it is and this thread has really pi**ed me off..im sick of people treating the countryside as a feckin dustbin..hang them all !!!!!!! in a designated area of course,wouldnt want to leave a mess everywhere.
