An event to mark the 20th anniversary of the last Stonehenge Free Festival is taking place on Saturday 19 June at Vertigo/491 Gallery, 485 Grove Green Rd, Leytonstone, from 2pm til late. There will be a photo exhibition (running throughout the summer), a film festival (including the Beanfield film Operation Solstice and Seven Days at Stoney Cross) and promotion of the counter-cultural history Stonehenge: Celebration and Subversion (www.hoap.co.uk) in the daytime, with performance and music in the evening.
