| OK.... Had a quick look around the web and it seems this one ain't Cairnwell at all. That's to the east roughly NO907973 near Badentoy & NE of a farm cunningly called 'Cairnwell'. Marked on the Landranger as a ring cairn. This one (if indeed there's owt there!) IS called Auchlee, after the hill. Someone on the Megalithic Porthole (Tom Bullock to be precise) reckons it's a 3 out of 5 - which in view of everyone else's experiences, seems a bit - odd!!!! Wanna go have ANOTHER look now, but buggernose when I'll be anywhere up that way again...!
