Now there's a good question. 'Possibly not' is my answer, but I'm not sure why. The B&W element is part of the overall effect, so that would be a convenient excuse.
I think it's more than that though, sub-consciously at least. Modern porn is a colour genre, and as such it's more difficult to separate colour nudes from porn than B&W ones.
