I was there this morning and they allowed access to the stones. There were a few hundred there. It was a friendly peacfull event from all I could see.
When I arrived there just after seven there wasn't access to the stones, but people were on the road looking over the fence, and people walking across the field from the Droveway, so at about 7.20 Peter Carson called people onto the car-park and announced it was getting dangerous for people on the road (it was *very* icy) and asked people to walk under the tunnel. A move very much appreciated by everyone.
