Well clearly, adding something with artistic intent to an ancient burial mound is Art and any organisation that says it isn't is lying. They might say with some truth that it's vandalism but there's overwhelming evidence that the arts establishment regards vandalism as art.

It's a shame your stone building days are over. Public astro-archaeological art is mostly done in a very limited fashion. http://replicahenge.wordpress.com/
